Andrew Garfield

Andrew Russell Garfield is an American actor, producer and director who was born in Los Angeles California. Garfield's roles are The Social Network (2010), The Amazing Spider-Man 2012 and Hacksaw Ridge in 2016. Garfield first began his career as a stage actor prior to making first appearance on film and television in the year 2005. In 2010, he achieved recognition for his performance in The Social Network. He played Spider-Man, the much-loved character in the new film version of the show directed by Marc Webb. His parents include American Richard Garfield, and British Lynn Hillman. He is the older brother of Ben. When he was three years old his family moved into Surrey England where he was taught and raised. Through his early years, he participated in numerous school productions and began taking acting classes. He took his first steps into theater at the Central School of Speech and Drama, London.
